What God Refines, He Restores
Let Me Tell You About Me…
You know what’s powerful? Our words. They come from our thoughts and have the power to manifest into reality. Whether spoken or silent, our words define our destiny.
If you’re a loyal reader, you know that last month I wrote about October being a month of reflection—a time to pump the brakes and turn inward. To ask what’s working, what’s not, and where God is redirecting my steps. That’s exactly what happened. I find myself now in a state of deep gratitude, humility, and sanctification.
I can no longer move in ways that don’t feel spiritually aligned with God’s will. I simply cannot. I’m releasing what no longer serves me—shedding layers of karmic energy, if you will. I don’t gain trust from complete strangers who become lifelong clients by looking pretty. I gain their trust by being real, by being my most authentic self.
I take everything I do seriously—sometimes too seriously, if you ask my husband—but I pursue excellence in everything I touch. So much that I’ve had to learn to release the standard I hold for myself from the shoulders of others.
I’m at a point in my life where I’m holding myself accountable for the suffering caused by my youthful stubbornness. And I’m not talking about those early years of trial and error, I mean the seasons when I clung to control, determined to do what I wanted, even when the Divine was clearly saying no.
Last month, I went to a dinner where someone looked at my hands and said,
“Your hands tell you everything you need to know about how to move forward. You’re in charge of your destiny—and if you mess up, it’s on you.”
My faith runs deep. I’m constantly learning more about God’s nature and walking closer with Jesus. Yet, I’ve grown cautious about calling myself a “Christian.” Over time, that label has drifted away from the love and truth it was meant to represent.
Still, I’m humbled by this truth:
No matter what anyone else is doing, what matters most is what I’m doing—and what God is doing through me.
And just to be clear—I’m not out here getting my palm read or seeking fortune tellers for direction. What I am saying is that God works through people. Sometimes He sends messages through complete strangers—like the man I met that night. And sometimes, most times, He works through me—for YOU.
Think on that for a second. I’m simply showing you the depths of my mind.
As an integrative health coach, holistic esthetician, wife, mom, former track runner, dancer, model, and future leader in wellness community—I am serious about obedience to God’s will in all things. Becoming self-actualized and experiencing God’s mystic wonder are things I crave deeply.
That hunger to understand what He’s saying—that’s what makes me an effective health coach. Not the blood type knowledge, not the product expertise, not even my understanding of the body. It’s my desire to understand my clients on a deep, interpersonal level.
The work I do is sacred, yet practical. It requires me to study people, to listen, and to communicate in ways that help them feel safe and empowered to change. When I look at people, I often see past the mask they hide behind—and sometimes, that makes them uncomfortable. But I don’t use that awareness against them; I honor it.
I’ve positioned myself to be a safe space for clarity and redemption. The respect and reverence I have for this work come from a deep trust between me and the Divine. This level of purpose only unfolds when you sit still, face your own darkness, and stay within God’s light.
Within my six-month program, the nutrition, blood type guidance, and scheduling are the easy parts—the foundation we build in the first few months. The real work begins when we explore the stillness within your own shadows.
That’s where we redefine how you think, speak, and live—where hidden habits, fears, and beliefs come to the surface. True transformation happens when you’re willing to face those parts of yourself with grace and courage.
The most freeing realization I had last month was this: God initiates our salvation, sanctification, and glorification. These things cannot be rushed or forced.
We’re stepping into a season that will reveal who we truly are, what we’re aligned with, and where we’re headed.
So I ask:
Do you unravel to repair, or do you unravel because you have no destination in sight?
Either way, read my words in peace knowing this: when you’re ready to change your life, I’ve done the work—and continue to purify myself—to walk beside you. Without bias, without judgment, fully surrendered to God’s will.
And just like me, you’ll walk the road less traveled, explore the truths of your heart, and make the adjustments your soul has been waiting for.
